Candidate Forms

It’s common to ask candidates for more information throughout the recruiting process.  For example, you might want to:

  • Create a 2 step application process, where you shorten your job application form to make it easy to apply, review the candidates, and then ask for more information when needed.
  • Ask sourced candidates to share their mobile phone numbers so you can call or text them.
  • Ask people coming in for an interview what they want for lunch, or to check a box to agree to a nondisclosure agreement.
  • Request references so you can check them.
  • Survey candidates about their experience.

JobScore’s branded candidate forms make it easy to do all of the above and more. Here’s how forms work:

Start by logging into the administrative console to create a form.  Insert as many questions as you like, set their order, and choose whether any are required.  If you don’t see a question you need, just add it.

You can also insert dividers and custom text into forms when you need them.

You can customize and send forms from the more actions card on the candidate action page:

Then JobScore emails the candidate a link to fill out a branded, mobile-optimized form.

Candidate’s answers are visible on the actions tab on candidate records.  Depending on how you configured the form, specific team members will be sent answers by email, and/or the candidate’s workflow stage will be updated.

In JobScore forms are a candidate action that works like interview self-scheduling and inviting candidates to apply. You can:

  • Assign forms to workflow stages
  • Customize email alerting preferences and workflow stage changes when forms are completed on a job-by-job basis.
  • Auto-send forms with one click and bulk-send forms

You can filter candidates based on how they answer specific questions and save these filters.

We hope you leverage forms to simplify your hiring and improve your candidate experience!
