Workflow & Reporting Updates

We’ve improved JobScore to make the workflow and reports more powerful and flexible. All reports are now responsive, meaning they use the full-width of your browser window. We added a new “reporting stage” attribute that makes the important stages you want to measure always appear on reports. To see every stage you can toggle between the reporting stage view and the all-stage view:

We also added the “stage type” workflow attribute. Stage types are used to count the total number of screens and interviews.

Stage types are critical for US federal contractors because “Screens” and “Interviews” must be reported on for OFFCP compliance, and are used to generate the applicant log detail report.

Finally, you can now edit active workflow stage names to be whatever you want, so you have 100% flexibility and control.
