Frequently Asked Questions

How much does it cost to use JobScore?

JobScore is free if you share copies of your unused resumes. If you choose to not share, we charge a monthly subscription fee based on the number of open jobs you are trying to fill.

How does resume sharing work?

Resumes are shared when you decline candidates or ignore them for 5 days.

If you don't want to share specific resumes, you don't have to - candidates you mark as "active" are not shared.

You can contact one recommended candidate from the JobScore Network free of charge for each new resume that you share.

Your resumes are yours and they are never taken away. When you share, it's just a copy.

What if I already have an ATS?

Employers that already have an applicant tracking system (ATS) can use JobScore as a separate system just for sourcing or as a resume database. However, employers that use JobScore to power their careers website and process inbound job applications tend to get the greatest benefit.
